In testing means, we introduced performance testing equipment for shock absorber from US MTS and all-purpose material testing machine from Germany as well as double excitation endurance test machine, salt spray test machine, high precision spring force test machine, High/low temperature test chambers,ect facilities, which guarantee full range of test and inspection approaches for quality of shock absorber. In 2004, Jiuding got accreditation certificate of China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories and became a national shock absorber testing center.

In assembly line, the company invested over 20 million RMB to introduce (mini) car assembly line;
The company introduced spinning sealing machine, advanced electromotive multipoint power displayer and inflator for shock absorber, which guarantee accuracy of multipoint value as well as aeration force and contradictory force.
In welding field, we introduced automatic annular welding machine, which guarantees welding quality and size stability of parts of shock absorber.
In order to assure cleanness before assembly, Jiuding utilizes ultrasonic aqua cleaning set and ultrasonic gas phase cleaner in cleaning parts. |
